Your contingency plans should cover all probabilities and responses, so on the day there is a clear understanding of the steps that need to be taken to control the problem or situation. In this course, you will work through a brief overview of what practical aspects of event delivery need to be planned for. Includes a post-event feedback strategy to help improve on each new event.
