It is the responsibility of an employer (or provider in the case of the horticultural therapist) to provide a safe workplace. Procedures for safe work should be formulated, implemented and managed. In this course, you will learn how to identify potential risks to participants within a horticultural therapy program. You will also learn about the value of planning, and about risk minimisation procedures.
