Cordylines and Palms

Duration: 5 hours

Most palms are truly tropical plants, preferring wet tropic or sub-tropic climates to do their best. Some palms and plants that have a palm-like appearance will grow under harsher conditions. These may be used in cooler climates, harsher inland areas (e.g. deserts), or as indoor plants, to create similar effects when other varieties of palms become difficult to grow. In this course, you'll learn how to use a variety of cordylines and palms, about their taxonomy, and about the culture of palms and palm-like tropical plants.
