Grooming is a natural behaviour in animals. It is often considered an innate behaviour, which means it is going to be expressed without obvious environmental stimuli. Grooming also serves to establish and cement hierarchies and relationships within animal communities. With this course you will learn to recognise the animals that are commonly groomed, the situations in which they are groomed, equipment that is used and the tasks carried out by a groomer.
